Ok Now you're ready and have all the tools we need to start our work!
We'll use google search engine to grab our email lists.
Open Firefox and make sure AutoPagger is running..
You will see this icon in your Firefox (bottom right)

uh? you get it? We have 3 variables (site, your keyword , email company)
1- First variable is the site that put after the code (site I used facebook in my examples but you can also try youtube, twitter or any other website you know you'll find a lot of people involved in your niche (remember that social bookmarks site are consider one of the best traffic sources).

2- Second variable is the keyword you choose to get targeted emails I used
"forex" in my example to get emails for people who are interested in forex trading.
3- Third variable is the email company.. yahoo, hotmail and gmail are the most common but you can try others for more results so you should try:
